Our drivers provide essential services to our clients with their delivery and pickups of Bercon equipment across Ontario. Drivers work in safety-sensitive positions and represent Bercon on client sites such as construction, industrial, manufacturing and mining. Drivers build their careers mastering complex loads and specializing in unique job sites.
Bercon technicians work on a variety of cutting-edge aerial and material handling equipment such as SkyJack, JLG, JCB, and Genie. Our mechanics can develop their careers in the shop environment or working on client sites. Our technicians grow their careers resolving simple to complex repairs and mentoring others.
Bercon trainers provide instructional programs on mobile elevated working platforms, forklifts, working from heights and propane filling. In addition, Trainers play an important role in the Bercon safety program and compliance.
Our sales team members include Inside Sales Representatives (ISR), Sales Associates and Account Managers. New grads will typically start as an ISR or Sales Associate and grow into leadership roles.
Service Coordinators collaborate with all departments and clients to ensure any onsite mechanic issues are resolved. They provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
Technician apprenticeships are available at all levels for those pursuing their Red Seal certification. Opportunities include Truck and Coach as well as Heavy Equipment Technician apprenticeships. Ideal candidates possess technical aptitude, a strong commitment to safety, keen attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Apprentices can supplement their education through the Bercon Education Top-Up program and gain hands-on experience by working alongside skilled technicians.
